My wife and I stayed in the owners rooms even while the main hotel was under construction. I must say it was delightful and we were out all day so there was never noise. The bedroom has a big sunny window-the weather was gorgeous-to watch the coming and going about town. The main square is two minutes walk from Trecius and the train station perhaps ten minutes, but I\\\'d advise a taxi-very inexpensive-if you have much luggage. Trecius, while under construction, is all about location- restaurants, shops, and sights of this wonderful city are all right here. Renee and I walked to the Jewish quarter for perhaps the best meal on a month long vacation, then to John Paul II\\\'s splendid church and gardens. We strolled along the Vistula as if we were lovers 40 years ago when we first came to Europe, even took an open air horse and buggy ride around the town ($35). All in all we recommend Cracow-the food, the sights, the people, The Trecius and its owner Michal.

We stayed at your Urzednica apartment for three nights in September. It was spacious, comfortable, and we loved having our own kitchen and laundry facilities. The neighborhood was safe and quiet with wonderful amenities nearby - farm market, bakeries, grocery store, and cafes. We enjoyed blending into the daily life of our Krakow neighbors while we visited. Thank you for making our stay memorable and pleasant.

The main pension was closed when we booked our trip in Cracow, and the director proposed us an apartment in Urzednicza street.
The building was old and first, we were afraid about it. Then, we discover the flat, and what a surprise ! A superb apartment, totally new, with 2 rooms (at least), a totally-equipied kitchen and a perfect bathroom.
Well situated, close to the tram and at only 6 stops from the town center, this flat was perfect for new visitors.

Loved the apartment! Landlord is very responsive to any guest needs. Lots of space and modern amenities. Well appointed with plenty of light and storage. Clean & comfortable. The neighborhood has everything you need and is not \"touristy\" - yet you are not far from the action in the town center. It was our first trip to Poland and what a nice place to call home for a week.

We stayed at the Trecius unit on Urzedniza Street since the main building near the town square is being renovated. Though we had to catch the trolley 2 stops to get to the old town, we did not find it inconvenient. In fact, it was fun living in a non-tourist area among the Polish people. The apartment was spacious with 1 bedroom, kitchen with dining area, and large modern bathroom. The building looks dark Communist era outside but the unit itself is fully renovated - bright, cheerful, and thoughtfully furnished in a quiet area with markets and bakeries nearby.

We stayed in Trecius for two nights. Location is excellent, within a minute of walk from the main square and a few steps away of Florianska Street.
Great location came at a small price of the street noise (virtually no car noise, just people celebrating at Florianska), but it was not a problem as soon as we closed our windows.
In summary excellent place to stay and definitely we would go back to Trecius again.

Delightful stay in this hotel! The staff is really nice and helpful. Our room was delicately furnished, perfectly clean, and huge! Very classy! It was a bit noisy because of the street below, but that\'s the price to pay for being right in the old city centre! So don\'t forget your ear plugs. And the breakfast is great, an important thing to get a good start!

We stayed in the apartment which was about a mile away from the main hotel. It would have been helpful if the building was identified with a Trecius sign as it was confusing for us to figure out if we were at the right place. Fortunately, Peter was close by so he was able to meet with us very quickly after we called the main hotel. The apartment was great, there was plenty of room for the four of us and it was well maintained. However, after seeing where the main hotel was, I wished that the apartment had been a little closer to the center. The people that we interacted with from your hotel were very helpful. Overall, I was pleased with the experience so I would recommend your hotel.

Byliśmy w Treciusie w czerwcu. Mimo gwaru na ulicach w hotelu odnaleźliśmy spokój i dyskretną acz czujną obsługę. Warunki w stosunku do ceny są bardzo dobre, a położenie idealne bo w samym sercu miasta. Piękne przestronne wnętrza. Oby w Polsce było więcej takich miejsc. Serdecznie polecam :)

We stayed at Trecius Guesthouse for 3 nights, and enjoyed every moment of our visit. Piotr (Peter) was an excellent host, providing us with information, taxi service, translations from Polish to English, and 3 wonderful breakfasts (ask for the herbed cottage cheese with your rolls and jam). Our room was spacious and comfortable, with our own clean bath and shower. We only had to walk up one level of steps to reach our room, and the entrance was safe and secure. The hotel is one block from the main square in Krakow, and right in the middle of the pedestrian area of the city. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel to my friends. I hope to return soon too!

In every way we found Trecius to be an excellent place to stay in Krakow. It\'s ideally situated, right in the heart of the Old City (which isn\'t vast). Cracow is a beautiful town and we enjoyed our stay there so much. We were treated so well at \"Trecius\" and we felt fine in our room. We will come back as soon as possible. A big gain is the proximity, near the centre and near the railway station.

We give Trecius an A+! The room was large and quite comfortable. The location was excellent. We especially appreciated the complimentary morning coffee and the free computer use.
Everyone associated with Trecius was very welcoming and friendly. When we first arrived, Piotr was very helpful with sightseeing suggestions and directions. Krakow was our last stop of a five-week, 9-city trip through Central Europe (during which we stayed at both 5-star hotels and smaller B&B\'s) and Trecius combined the best of both worlds.

I stayed at Trecius for one week in September. It is wonderfully situated, just a short walk from the main square (Rynek Glowny)and just off of Florianska Street, one of the main streets in the old town. The roon was very nice with very high ceilings and plenty of space. Breakfast was perfectly fine and the staff there were very helpful. Piotr is a great help and nothing is too much trouble for him. Highly recommended overall - just be aware that Krakow can be very lively on Thurs - Sat nights, even at 3-4AM and light sleepers may need to use the earplugs provided!

Trecius is a fantastic place to stay when visiting Krakow. The location, right in the heart of the Old Town can\'t be beat, and the rooms themselves are big, bright and clean. On top of that, they have atmosphere that cannot be found in a \"chain\" hotel. The staff are top-notch and extremely helpful. I highly recommend Trecius!

I had a great stay at the Trecius. The location just off the main square was perfect, and there was plenty to see & do right outside your door. The hotel was clean & comfortable, breakfast was good, and service was also good. There is a bit of street noise, but ear plugs are provided on the night stand (I didn\'t need them). Cracow was terrific, and I would definately stay there again.

Thoroughly recommend this 2 bedroom apartment that is decorated and furnished to an excellent standard, with huge rooms and plenty of space. I slept better there then i do in my own bed! Don\'t let that it is a 10 min walk out of the centre deter you; the level of comfort the apartment affords more then compensates. the Trecius staff are delightful and were welcoming and very helpful. i will be return to Cracow and definitely will rent this apartment again.

Super Pension im Herzen der pulsierenden Stadt. Es gibt ein reichhaltiges Frühstück und ausgesprochen nettes Personal. Für uns als Familie besonders toll: die beiden Zimmer im Obergeschoss mit der Tischtennisplatte.

We arrived worn out, disgusted, and disgusting, yet we were ushered kindly into peaceful refuge in an old stone building, in a room with high ceilings, thick walls, tall windows, and a sparkling bathroom. It was mere steps to the Barbican Gate or to the Old Town Square, and yes, people were walking around and making noise sometimes in the street below. But they were speaking, and singing, in Polish, so that was a benefit!

Breakfast is not my finest hour, and Polish not my language of fluency, but the young ladies fed us, and smiled at our attempts, and assisted substantially and competently in our plans for exploration of the city.

When we return to Cracow, we will return to Trecius.

We stayed three nights at Trecius, my second visit to Cracow. The hotel is very centrally located; we walked everywhere within old town and the Jewish quarter. The room was clean and well furnished, and relatively quiet. The only noise we heard came from some rowdy youths making noise in the street very late one evening.
There is no elevator, but the rooms are on the first floor above ground level, and we had help with our bags when we arrived for check in. The hotel is secure, and we felt safe. We would definitely recommend Trecius to anyone visiting in Cracow.

Guest house très bien située à moins de 10mn à pied de la gare et 3 mn de la place du Rynek.
Accueil très sympathique, petit déjeuner très copieux et la chambre N°7, la seule disponible lors de notre réservation, qui n\'a pas encore été rénovée, est très spacieuse, la literie très bonne et la salle de bain très propre. Et si la salle de bains n\'est pas accessible directement de la chambre mais en traversant un couloir le rapport qualité prix est imbattable. Merci au guide du Routard pour cette adresse.

In the beginning of May we were five swedish women visiting Trecius. The hostel is perfectly located just two minutes walk from the Mariacki church and the central square, Rynek Glowny.

Our rooms were very nice and clean with comfortable beds and fully equipped bathrooms. The staff were serviceminded and very friendly, they gave us a warm feeling of home. We did have breakfast every morning, with coffee/the, morningbaked bread, juice, different kind of cheese and ham, vegetables and our favorite: the soft fresh cheese. The price was not high and it was definitively worth its price.

A surprised comment we used every day was \" ¬ Oh, how close it is!” Because if you are staying at Trecius everything is near by! Our stay at Trecius was one of the ingredients which made our Krakow journey into a hit!

I am happy to warmly recommend it; it is a very pleasant place, wonderfully located smack in the heart of old Krakow; and the staff go out of their way to be helpful. If you want to support a family business rather than a large chain, you need not look any further. It is pretty cheap, too.

Stayed at Trecius for 2 nights October 22nd 2009.
The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Krakow only 2 mins.walk to the main St Mary\'s square dominated by the Cathedral of the same name.The square opens out into streets with beautiful churches,museums,pubs and restaurants.
The Trecius staff were so helpful nothing was too much trouble.
With their local knowledge the culture and history which they were happy to pass on we were able to maximise our appreciation of Krakow during our too short visit.
The level of personal attention we received was so overwhelming and we cannot wait to return for a more extended visit.
We cannot recommend highly enough a stay at Trecius.

My wife and I stayed for four nights at Trecius and had a fantastic time. Situated just one minute from the heart of Krakow, the pensionat is in an ideal location for seeing the sights or sampling some of the excellent nearby restaurants. The room we stayed in was very clean and quite spacious, but still maintained a wonderful “old world” character. Be sure to order breakfast at Trecius, as they serve fresh bread and abundant quantities of tasty meats and cheeses. Most of all, the friendly staff makes Trecius a most enjoyable place to stay. They are quite knowledgeable about the culture, history and politics of Poland and Krakow and can provide fascinating details concerning the local architecture, in addition to offering excellent advice regarding what sites to visit both in and around Krakow.

When I travel overseas; what I need is a friend. There is so much new to experience that I am overwhelmed. I cannot effectively speak, I cannot understand the money, and I have no real idea what I really want to see. The staff at Trecus are that good neighbor. They take time to get to know you, what you like and dislike; and then reccomend or arrange tours or rooms or drinks. They show you on map food locations, then draw on a map for you to take with you and even help as a friend to make the decisions you don\'t know enough to make. And above all that the rooms are clean, neat, inexpensive, attractive, and you cannot find a better location.

My wife and I stayed at Trecius for 2 nights in October, 2009. We found our room delightful, elegant and bordering on luxurious - tremendous value for the money (loved the warm bathroom floor). The central location was great and made our stay even more enjoyable. My father, husband and two boys stayed at the hotel over the half-term holiday.

The rooms were clean, bathrooms with modern shower and fittings.

The staff were helpful and arranged a tour for us.

The breakfast was Polish, good food and plenty of it. Make sure you order breakfast when booking, otherwise it may not be available.

Great location, one minute from the main square. Although we found the town noise loud as we live in the country. It took some getting used to.

I would recommend you use the hotel if staying in Crakow.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights in October for our first time in Poland and Krakow.

We experienced really good service, the hotel staff were very accommodating and helpful. They had lots of information in the hotel lobby to help you get around or visit any tourist attractions.

We stayed in room seven because it was a lot cheaper, with the bathroom down the hallway. We even had a table-tennis ensuite room - a massive room next door to ours with table-tennis (and a fridge). The room itself was very large and the bed was very comfortable.

The location was fantastic, situated right off the main square. You couldn\'t get somewhere much better location-wise than here.

Very good location, right in the center of the old city, convenient to all facilities and activities. We were in the new rooms on the floors that were being renovated - did not mind it, but it felt a little lonely, away from all the other guests. When the renovations are completed, this would be ideal for all travellers. The hosts were very helpful and gave useful instructions on how to get around, both before we arrived and when we arrived. Highly recommended.

What a fabulous place to stay. It was everything we expected. The rooms where lovely and so clean with wonderful bathrooms. The location was absolutely \"spot on\" for a city break. I found the Guest Book very helpful when choosing a place to stay in Krakow, and we were pleased to see everything was true when we arrived. Ewelina and Piotr are wonderful staff and should be paid millions of zloty for their talents! We had the big room which was great, although noisy outside on a Saturday night. This is unavoidable for a place so central, but the rest of the week was fine. We shall be back one autumn.

I have stayed at Trecius 3 times, twice in 2006 and in January 2009. The rooms are large, clean and well furnished. Breakfast is excellent, great value. The guesthouse could not be in a better position for taking advantage of all the great things Kracow has to offer. I would stay no where else when I visit.

We would, without reservation, recommend this hotel to any visitor to Krakow. It is well situated, very close to the centre of this remarkable city. Central,close to the splendid Rynek Glowny, some excellent museums, a vast choice of restaurants, interesting shops - and the railway and bus stations.

A large comfortable, if slightly quirky, room (#1), friendly staff, a noticeboard full of helpful advice. We hope they can maintain the friendly intimacy of the guest house when the Trecius expands into a hotel.

Wpadam dość często do Krakowa w sprawach firmowych i kiedyś przypadkowo odkryłem Treciusa. I juz tam zostałem: 50 m od Rynku, hejnał na pobudkę, śniadanie jak w domu, obsługa jak znajomi, standard hotelu wyższej klasy, internet w ścianie, niezależność jak we własnym mieszkaniu - i wszystko za pieniądze o wiele niższy niż marny 2-gwiazdkowy hotel... Nawet warszawiak w Krakowie może się dobrze poczuć! Polecam! Oby tylko dla mnie miejsce się zawsze znalazło...

Nous recommendons vivement Trecius oů nous nous sommes arrętés ŕ plusieurs reprises. L’hôtel situé dans un immeuble, dont les fondement datent du Moyen Age, respire la magie de l’ancienne ville de Krakow (surtout les chambres du premier étage) avec son décor classique et chaleureux. Trecius est impeccable au niveau de la propreté et confort, son équipe est discrčte. Si vous avez la chance de rencontrer le propriétaire de l’hôtel, Michal, posez-lui toutes vos questions sur l’histoire de la ville et la société, la conversation sera intéressante!
Fin bref, Trecius est un reflet parfait de la charmante ville de Cracovie. Il gagne 20 sur 20!

We had a fabulous time in Cracow.The staff at Trecius very friendly and helpful. When we arrived early in the morning after an overnight train ride Piotr was kind enough to brew us a pot of coffee and store our luggage before check in time. They were very helpful in advising us on the most economical way to see the Salt Mines and Birkenau. The breakfasts were sumptuous. We would definitely stay there again and hope some day to return.

All the way, from booking the reservation via mail to leaving the last day, it was a perfect stay at Trecius Guest House. We flew from Stockholm/Sweden to Katowice one late Wednesday evening in the midst of May & arrived in Krakow at 2 a.m. Still, there was someone in the lobby to meet us in person. Breakfast the following morning, which was served in the nice combined lobby/dining area, was really tasty. All the personnel of Trecius were very helpful and made us feel right at home. The location of the guest house is also the best possible. A two minute stroll along Florianska Street and you´re down at Rynek, the central square of Krakow. So, as you surely can understand, a better service than that of Trecius Guest House couldn´t possibly be asked for. If you go here, don´t miss out on the traditional market north of St Florians Gate, only 5 minutes walk from the guest house. Thank you, we´d like to come back some day!

We stayed for 6 nights in March. Our room (1) was wonderful. Clean, bright and well appointed. Amazingly central, just a hop and skip away from the square. We came with a small group of friends who all booked at different times but this was no problem to the hotel. We only had breakfast on one morning but it was a good simple continental breakfast. Wir haben vom 03.-10. Oktober den schönsten Urlaub, den man sich überhaupt vorstellen kann, in der Pension Trecius verbracht. Ich kann nur Gutes berichten: Die Pension ist großartig, wunderbare schöne Zimmer, eine gemütliche und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Rezeption, in der man sich gerne aufhält, der Eigentümer und das Personal sind einfach nur reizend. Das Frühstück ist großartig, auf Extrawünsche wurde gerne eingegangen.
Dieses Haus wurde mit vile Liebe restauriert, das merkt man einfach. Und der Betrieb wird mit ebensoviel Liebe geführt - gibt es was besseres??? Wohl kaum ! Traumhaft ist auch die Lage der Pension, mitten in der wunderschönen Altstadt - für meine 70jährige Mutter war es eine wahre Wohltat, jederzeit mal kurz \"zuhause\" einkehren zu können, wenn die Füße schmerzten.
Krakau ist eine beeindruckende Stadt, wer einen Urlaub dort plant, sollte reichlich Filmmaterial im Gepäck haben - es gibt so viel zu sehen ! Und die Menschen dort sind sehr sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Kurz und gut: Wir sind begeistert und werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen, vermissen wir Krakau und die Pension Trecius doch schon jetzt.

Wir sind gestern aus Krakau gekommen. Das war eins der schönsten Wochenenden!
Dazu hat die Pension TRECIUS sehr viel beigetragen. Die Pension und das Zimmer waren wunderschön.
Sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und groß. Die Lage ist natürlich auch perfekt! Man ist mitten in der Altstadt.
Wir möchten uns für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Trecius bedanken.

Hi to all my friends at Trecius. I was reading lots of highly complimentary reports made by others who stayed at Trecius. I would have found it difficult to improve on them. My experience was similar, the friendly welcome from Annabelle and Monika, the very high level of cleanliness, etc. If there is a better location in Cracow for a visitor please let me know the address. My four days and nights there were totally satisfactory, and enjoyable. I managed to cover more of Crackow\'s attractions than I expected. I was never in a hurry to rush around getting everything in. I took my time and enjoyed the ambiance of the city and the people. It is a great place to relax, and I intend returning as soon as possible. I hope that when that opportunity happens you will have accomodation available. In the meantime I hope your enterprise thrives, and your hospitality doesn\'t fade.

Durch Zufall entdeckten wir im Internet die kleine Pension TRECIUS. Bestärkt durch den Reiseführer DUMONT direkt für Krakau von 2006, in dem die Pension erwähnt wird, buchten wir zwei Zimmer.
Die phantastische Lage zur Altstadt, das freundliche Personal und die schön restaurierten Zimmer, trugen dazu bei, dass wir uns in Krakau richtig wohlfühlten.

Just arrived home from a 4 day stay at Trecius.

We booked on the strength of the website & the recommendations made in the guest book. For anyone thinking of coming here the comments are all true (well the ones in English, anyway!). The rooms were spotless, the service impeccable and the value tremendous. In you are not bothered about posh hotel lobbies with flunkies buzzing around trying to carry your bags, then come here; you will not be disappointed.

There are references elsewhere in the guestbook to the helpful (and beautiful) staff. We can only fully endorse this.

If we do not come back ourselves, it will be because there are so many other cities to see; however there will certainly be people that we know who will be coming on our unreserved recommendations

Having just returned from our very first visit to Poland, I am exceptionally pleased to say that our visit was superb.
We certainly made an excellent choice to stay for five nights at the Trecius Guest House. It could not have been placed any better for the central square, many of the historical buildings, and reasonably close to the railway and bus stations (close enough to walk )
The accomodation was of top quality, warm and clean, with a heated tiled bathroom floor!
Excellent value for money.
The staff were very attentive and professional,polite and helpful. They could not be faulted. Another visit is a must............keep the Gothic Room available.

Suffice to say that all the comments here so far are true: all the staff go out of their way to make you comfortable (even helping me find a good pedicure when all the sightseeing got the better of my poor soor feet), the rooms are a delight, the breakfast an absolute bargain, recommending great restaurants and the best place for a restorative hot chocolate. And the location is tops. As a single traveller the larger, corporate hotels can swamp, bore and depress. In this case - small and perfectly formed is defintely better.

I have already started to bore my friends with tales of Krakow and how great the Trecius was - I may even have turned into a bit of a Krakow evangelist!

Thanks to all at the Trecius for making my memories of Krakow very special.

Pokoj Nr. 4 a po 3 nocach pokoj Nr.2 w ktorych mieschkalismy 8 dni maja w sobie duza dawke magii. Czulismy sie jak w domu. I am delighted to be able to tell you that during our stay at Cracow my travelling mate and I lived in the enchanting Trecius, which from the first glimpse created fascinating impression on us. I foundly remember the kind recepcionist, Annette who was at the guests disposal every other minute, let alone the attractive, squeky clean room, and the spotlessly white set of bed linen. It would be no exaggeration to say that immense care was taken to our breakfast, as well. Tastly laid table was waiting for us with fresh baker\'s ware and hot tea/coffee every morning. As the saying goes „There is no place like home”, but I must admit that there is a place like home!
I took this opportunity of expressing my high grade satisfaction and to stimulate everyone who is planing to travel to Cracow to give Trecius a try, I am sure he will not regret it.
And finally all I can say to the owner, to Michal is to thank you ever so much, and please accept my congratulations to your lovely Pension.

Do Treciusa trafiłam przypadkiem i nie żałuję. Pokój numer siedem, w którym mieszkałam, a który jeszcze nie figuruje w wykazie na tej stronie, mimo pewnych \\\'niedociągnięć\\\' ma w sobie dużą dawkę magii. Czułam się w nim trochę jak właściciel nieruchomości, a nie jak gość hotelowy, bo po przekroczeniu progu znalazłam się w małym mieszkaniu. Bardzo ciepłe słowa uznania pod adresem przemiłej Pani z recepcji. I w ogóle polecam to miejsce. Wrócę. Chciałabym znowu do siódemki. :)

Auf der Suche nach einer preiswerten Unterkunft für einen 2-Tages-Aufenthalt in Krakow stieß ich auf die sehr sympatische Homepage der Pension Trecius. Die Bilder und die sehr gute Beschreibung der Räume machten mich sofort neugierig und die zentrale Lage in der historischen Altstadt von Krakow ? die ich bis dahin nicht kannte ? überzeugten mich, dort ein Zimmer zu reservieren. Und das war eine gute Entscheidung!

Looking for a nice location for a short stay in cracow i just stepped on the homepage of Trecius. The sympathetic pictures and description convinced me immediately to book a room ? and that was a perfect decision!

Anfang Juni haben wir ein paar Tage im Trecius-Hotel verbracht. Wir waren begeistert von allem was uns das kleine Hotel mitten in der Altstadt geboten hat. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und die Betten gemütlich!!! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Wetter hat zwar nicht mitgespielt aber das Hotel hat alles wieder gut gemacht! In der Zeit vom 31.05.05 bis 03.06.05 haben wir mit unseren Freunden Krakau besucht. Gewohnt haben wir in dieser Zeit in der Pension TRECIUS und waren angenehm überrascht. Von der Lage der Pension - mitten in der Altstadt von Krakau - über die gut und freudlich ausgestatteten Zimmer bis hin zum Frühstück das man wahlweise bekommen konnte stimmte einfach alles. Besonders erwähnenswert ist noch die nette Belegschaft die uns mit Rat und Tat bei unseren Unternehmungen behilflich war. Einfach klasse!

Wir waren 5 Tage in Krakau und nächtigten in derPension Trecius. Für die Altstadtbesichtigung liegt die Pension wirklich ideal! Das Haus ist schön, die Zimmer sind wundervoll eingerichtet - und von dem Bad mit der Fußbodenheizung war ich sehr begeistert! Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und der Kaffee sehr gut! Alles in allem: sehr empfehlenswert! Ich werde meinen Kollegen bei der Zeitung DIE WELT den Tip weitergeben.

Excellent Bed and Breakfast in the heart of Krakow! I stayed for just over a week in January, 2005. Will stay here again when I re-visit Krakow. What a wonderful place to stay at in Krakow! The location of the pension is only a few seconds walk from the Rynek, in the heart of the historic old town.
My room (Room 4 - looking exactly like the pictures on the web-site!) was clean and homely, and the bed was sooooooo very comfortable.
As for the staff - I don\\\'t think you could meet more friendly, helpful (and beautiful!) group of people.
If I return to Krakow, this will be the first place that I will book.

We just spent 5 wonderful nights at Trecius in room #3. Our room looked exactly like the photo on the website and was very comfortable.

The entire is place is not only pretty but spotless, we were extremely impressed.

The personnel were friendly and helpful, even drew us shopping maps. This was one of our very best hotel experiences ever. We will certainly stay here when we return to Krakow. Everything about Trecious was perfect.

Perfect, just perfect ! The location, close to the Rynek Glowny and to the busstation. The rooms are very good, spacious and warm (very important in this cold winter !). The heated bathroomfloor was essential to warm up the frozen feet after a day Krakow ! The staff is very kind and helpful, we will definitely come back, the next time we visit this wonderfull city.

Wunderbar und liebevoll restaurierte Räume. Überaus freundliche Gastgeber. Der Chef spricht perfekt Deutsch; die Mitarbeiter ebenso perfekt Englisch. Wer Krakau wirklich kennen lernen möchte, muss nicht nach anderen Unterkünften suchen. Trecius ist nicht zu toppen.

Had a wonderful stay at the Trecuis Pension. The room was large and comfortable, with lots of light and a large bathroom that had a fantastic shower. The location was perfect--just blocks away from the town square--and the staff friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it for a visit to Krakow.

A wonderful small historic hotel right in the centre of Krakow. The hotel is newly renovated to a very high standard and it would be hard to find a pleasanter place to stay. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful and speaks good English. I would not stay anywhere else if I returned which I hope to do. Janina Buczynska, resident of Spain.

OSTRZEGAMY! W Treciusie jest tak dobrze, ze nie chce sie wyjezdzac. Kiedy jednak z ciezkim sercem sie tego dokona, to zaczyna sie natychmiast kombinowac, jak w te progi powrocic. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

In October 2003 we spent a few days in Crakow staying in this superb place called Trecius. It is very centrally located but still it is very quiet. The rooms are in an excellent condition, you feel home from the first moment. Owner and staff are very friendly and helpful. You couldn´t think of a better place to stay for a stop over in Crakow.

We spent some lovely days in \\\"Trecius\\\", when we visited Cracow in September 2003. The people who work there are very nice and helpful and the atmosphere makes you feel very comfortable. As if you would own your flat in Cracow and wouldn´t have to stay in a hotel. You should go and see it!
